Please be aware that timings and deliveries may take longer than stated.

We will attempt to dispatch purchases within five working days unless otherwise stated (for made to order  or pre-order items).

All items are shipped with tracking that will be sent via an email confirmation. Please check this before contacting us for a tracking update, as we can only do the same. 

We know you'll be keen to keep track of your parcels, the best way to do this is to check the tracking information we send to you. Please check this before contacting the team for an update as we can only check the same tracking information as you have.

UK - 24 Hour (Next Working Day).

Europe: 7+ working days - not including wait times for customs. Please check your local customs for delays and updates.


Rest of World: 14+ working days or more - not including wait times for customs. Please check your local customs for delays and updates

Returns Policy

All of our products are made to a very high standard and we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, we can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in resalable condition.

We would ask you to contact us via email beforehand so we can confirm your request can be met and arranged.

If returning, please include all paperwork, making a note of your order number, which we will use for reference.

Please email us or leave a note inside the parcel with instructions on how you would like to proceed ie. exchange, refund etc

On receiving the item, we will refund  your purchase (excluding postage) within 14 working days.

For Exchanges, we will send out a standalone invoice for shipping; once this has been settled, we will aim to send out your exchanged item within 14 working days. If we cannot meet our 14 working day aim, in the case of waiting for new stock, we will explain this to you so you can either wait or arrange an credit note or refund.

  • We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.

  • We ask that ALL returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and packaging. 

  • There may be a cleaning surcharge if the garment is not in its original condition.

  • It is advisable to make sure all return packages are well packaged and are sent with a trackable, insured service.

  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.

  • If returning an item from outside the United Kingdom, please write"RETURNED GOODS" on the customs label to avoid any customs charges. Stanley Biggs Clothiers Ltd is NOT responsible for any custom charges made and may refuse to receive the parcel.

  • We will refund all shipping charges only if the goods are in some way faulty.

  • Please be aware that we can only confirm your refund will be processed on receiving the garment and reviewing its condition.

Bespoke / Made to Order Garments.

Due to the uniqueness of every garment, it is not possible to guarantee that the finished item(s), will have exactly the same colour, pattern, weave and finish as the item viewed either in person or on-line. If the customer is not satisfied with the quality or fit of the ordered item(s) Stanley Biggs Clothiers Ltd will, after inspection of the goods, follow a policy of repair or replace and finally refund.

A tolerance of 4cm shall be applied to the pattern measurements that relate to the manual measurements. Stanley Biggs Clothiers Ltd will alter garments with no charge if any of the pattern measurements that relate to the manual measurements is incorrect by more than 4cm.

The customer must check the order form and confirm all the details are correct at the time of purchase. It is understood that an order once finalised and confirmed, cannot be cancelled upon the commencement of the manufacturing process. Any agreement to cancel is at the discretion of Stanley Biggs Clothiers Ltd.

Any changes must be made to an order within 24 hours of the order confirmation via email (contact@stanleybiggs.co.uk).

Stanley Biggs Clothiers Ltd will, where possible, endeavour to make the desired changes but please be aware that the company cannot guarantee the change can be made. We will confirm if the change can or cannot be made in writing.

Regrettably, Stanley Biggs Clothiers Ltd cannot accept returns on the basis of a change of heart on the part of a customer, or where the customer requests a change to an existing order and Stanley Biggs Clothiers Ltd cannot fulfil that change.

The details on the original order form is taken as the final order.

As the ordered goods are custom-made, they can neither be returned nor refunded, and the standard 14 day refund policy does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights and does not apply to faulty goods. Requests for returns or refunds must initially be supported by proof of purchase.

In the case of refund, the client will be eligible for a full refund less the cost of any shipping costs previously incurred as these are considered complete at that point. Stanley Biggs Clothiers Ltd retains full discretion on whether a product is deemed faulty or not.
